Electrochemical Determination of Trifluralin Herbicide Using Silver Solid Amalgam Electrode: Application in Fresh Food Samples

This paper reports the use of polished silver solid amalgam electrode (p-AgSAE) allied to square wave voltammetry (SWV) in development a simple, sensitive, fast and green electroanalytical methodology for trifluralin herbicide determination fresh food samples. The experimental (supporting electrolyte potential time accumulation) voltammetric (pulse frequency, pulse amplitude scan increment potential) parameters were previously optimized, which employed construction analytical curves. Therefore, these curves have enabled calculation (linearity range, equation curves, coefficients determination, limits detection quantification, recovery efficiency, relative standard deviations intraday interday experiments) they indicated that p-AgSAE is suitable determining any contamination by trifluralin. So, proposed had minimize toxic residues due liquid mercury or adsorbed products from redox reaction promotes passivation other surfaces.
